I can't believe how rude and condescending the staff were. I was so upset that I just wanted to return everything. They were trying to tell me how to propose to my wife. The rings were a gift. Trying to get them sized was even worse than buying them. They didn't know how to size. The guy Tom that was our salesman's hands were dirty and he seemed like he was on drugs. Did not even come close to giving fair dollar for my gold and sold me a chain three other jewlers said was over charge by 2/3rds. I would seriously shop around before trusting these guys. When i told the owner he said he was is business to make good money and not good deals.
