Strike Twice Computers has been in business for 28 years. There is only 1 negative report on the ENTIRE Internet and that is on this Ripoff Report website. Wow........I just love how every other word from these so-called rebuttals are trying to say - they're right, and the customer is wrooong, wrong wrong wrong :D.Yeh, that's pretty much the experience I had with them because they're a small business (which is partly why there aren't many complains, I think, not because every customer is happy, per se) and I expected small business treatment....
