#1 RUBIE FAN!!!! I have gone to Rubie for at least 9 years. She is a true gem. Her talent knowlege and customer service is top notch. U get what U pay 4. I am a hairdresser so I appreciate that this nail salon is always on top of the lastest and newest trends in the industry. As well they continue to offer the core services with attention to detail. Rubie does my nails and I think she is worth every single penny.
