We are currently renting a 2 bedroom 2 bath town home for $1706 a month. I think it's over priced compare to other town homes that are more updated. We have a community pool but no clubhouse no exercise room. Our apartment is carpeted not stainless steel appliances. We have a non working fireplace without a mantle. Our stairs creek every time. These two bedroom town home style apartments are great. Very spacious. I enjoy being here and would have given it five stars but the rent increased due to renovations as a result of new management.
