Convient location; friendly and helpful management that cares about the customer. Only drawback; gate closes at 6 PM; 9:00 PM (like it use to be) would be much better (for me). Also office Closed on Sunday (I understand why) is hard for me because I can't access bathroom (I'm diabetic and need it often), but that I can live with. Otherwise, I feel good about having my things there.

i want to say that the people that work at the storage west on pecos Road.
are the best in my book.
they have been very helpful to me and my wife.
they go out of there way!!! thumps up.
you folks need more people like them at your other storgae.
i know.
the others are not all that helpful.
