Property manager sucks , if you want to lazy property manager that doesn’t do anything but sit on there but this is the place to live they don’t fix minor things that need fixing and they’re always increasing the rent for such a roach infested apartment

i have lived in stony brook since 1963 & the location you show for it on the internet is not were it really exists. you can not drive into the village without going on alwin st. & i feel the intersection of alwin st, & turtle pond pkwy. is one boundary & the other is the intersection of alwin st. & dedham pkwy. clare ave. as shown on the computer is no wear near near stony brook village.

I lived there for about a year in 2007 my first apartment and it was great. Neighbors were great management was great and the area was perfect. I never worried about anything and if something went wrong they were right on top of it
