Where to even start with this place. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because the management is super chill and they always remember me and what unit I'm in when I come to fetch my packages...
I lived in better places. Paying over $950 for a 500 sqft place w/o any upgrades is terrible. I found lizards, large cockroaches, spiders, carpenter ants, and centipedes at the place I was living...
The location is great, and for Austin the price is decent. However, even though the layout of the apartment is great, the units are old and run down. Also, getting maintenance requests complete is miserable and often takes a lot of waiting, lack of communication and battling with the complex. Again though, you get what you paid for.
The complex is old and has been through the ringer and back. The staff is very nice and helpful, but If you submit a service request you can expect to wait about a month until it is complete. The apartments are not breath taking by any means but it is a great location. By far the best thing about this complex are the people that live there, the community is very friendly.
