The staff is never in the office during regular business hours, they are unprofessional and they loss paperwork. The complex is dirty and the trash is often overflowing. The maintenance staff takes days sometimes weeks to respond to issues. The air conditioning and water is always needing repair. Police are sometimes around the complex for various reasons. Constant water issues, No compensation for the horrible living conditions with Air conditioner not working and it taking months for any response from maintenance. Water leaks in the bathrooms from the thing in the ceilings that flood the entire floor. The lighting at night does not work. Outside breaker boxes are dangling on the walls. Just not a good place to live for the price of rent. Beware...

Providence Investments is a complete joke. Appliances do not work and it takes weeks to months to have anyone come out and look at them. The office response was that they have been short handed. The only reason I chose to stay here is because they didn't have an issue with me having a pitbull puppy.
