Great Family Company, did a great job replacing our system, would recommend them, and will use them if my other systems need replacing.
Call for a service call today as I had no air on the second floor. Scheduled a service call for tomorrow. Received a call late this afternoon asking if I had load control with Duke Power. I answered yes and I was told to check the air conditioning again, I found it to be on and saved my self a service call. I really appreciate the people of Stokesdale Heating & A/C for their honesty.
It is hard to rate a company that says the technician is going to come out and no one ever shows up, but I feel that a certain level of professionalism has to be lacking in a company when no one even bothers to call and tell you they can't make it after you took the day off to be sure someone was home. Since they couldn't bother to come I think I won't bother to call them again.
