Customer service is horrible. Costs are complete rip offs, many hidden/random fees in my bill. After my terrible service they blocked in my car and it took 30 mins to unblock me! Almost had to call the cops since they didn't think it was a problem, they actually laughed at me! I hope someone sees this and avoids this awful mistake.
