You guys really know the way of the machine. There are other auto shops in the area but I am a usual in here, they know what to do with my car.

I just like that they have parts in here as well and they also know a lot of part shops around the city, that is constantly a great plus because it makes it easy.

My car stopped working altogether and it was street parked on Memorial Day weekend. So come tuesday morning I had til 830am to move it so I wouldn't get a ticket. I have a mechanic I go to that also happens to be on West 38th (right next door active auto is great if you are looking for a mechanic.) So I google tow trucks (not aware the shop I go to has one). I call and tell the guy I have a specific mechanic in mind on West 38th and he (Jacob) say's great - I will be there in 10 minutes, it will be $75. So I think that sounds good. It takes the guy 30 minutes, the nypd is on my street...
