Don't believe I've ever seen her. Sent a bill to a collection agency but I never got one from her. I guess she may have passed by while I was in surgery and decided that was worth sending a bill.

She was horrible. Was rude and and criticized me for not getting my lymes taken care of before I did. I did not have insurance and made less that 19k a year. I was living in Boston and had no money to see anyone. Once I got insurance i saw that if I had go with out it would have costed over 4k for all the visits I did and lab and x ray work.
