Worst experience I have ever had. Company has no idea about the meaning of "customer service". Make sure you know exactly who will be doing the "lack of delivery" to your home as they do not do anything to make it easy. Had to spend addition monies to get the delivery done right.

sells poor quality items & won't correct the problem

Stern's sold us 2 different items, both of which developed problems. Stern reluctantly offered little help, made us pay an excessive delivery fee to replace a box spring, and the replacement soon developed the same problem.
