I was impressed to receive a response so quickly that met my needs seeing as how I was not speaking. I was very happy with Dr. Sterling and his staff. I did not wait long to be seen. He took as much time as I felt I needed. He really listened to what I had to say( I had seen someone else before who did not!). In the end, I got better quick. Should have come here in the first place.

He was very patient. He listened to me and answered my questions. He explained everything to me and my husband. Ultimately my husband chose him to do his sinus surgery and he has been without symptoms for over two years. Definitely recommend Dr. Sterling

In my opinion, Dr. Sterling does not have a very good "bed side" manner. He appears to be in a hurry and acts as though his main job is to get finish. In other words, he can't wait to get out of the room. His knowledge in the medical profession is probably adequate or above, but he certainly has room for improvement in his doctor/patient relationship.
