Not livid, but not coming back. Had two or three problems. Power booster on brakes were in bad shape and were repaired correctly. It took over a week and I always had to make calls to get updates. The serpentine belt was replaced along with water pump and thermostat. Noise was supposed to go away and has not gone away. Not even sure some of those repairs were all that necessary...but just going...

My first experience with Stephens

This was my first repair with Stephens. They were professional, organized, and most of all courteous. The pricing was fair and the coupon discount made me feel that it was a great deal. We had a new radiator installed so the results are yet to be seen. The thing that I liked very much was that they were in constant communication with you letting you know all that was going on.
