I've just called Dr. Sawyer's office to ask how to set my husband up on the Patient Portal and it couldn't have been easier. The wait to speak to someone was approximately 20 seconds and my request was immediately handled. I don't know who those other people who've replied down below about the office staff talked to but my experience seems to be diametrically opposed to theirs. I was helped...
