A lot of companies they don't ever call you and talk to you and things like that, but she'll call me and say hey we're going to take a look at your car insurance and see if we can get you a better rate.

I have been with the Steinhauser Agency for 5 or 6 years now and they have kept me very well informed with new rates, coverage, and discounts. We actually looked at my rates not too long ago.
