The staff at Optical Illusions are second to none--very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. They helped suggest and provide feedback on various frames. Once I selected a frame, they special ordered the frames and they arrived in a few days. They were super communicative and kept me up to date and called when the frames arrived. Such fast service!! Doctor was great, the rest not so much!

This was my first time at Optical Illusions and first impression is everything. Service when entering the store was great, but once i sat down to talk insurance coverage, there seemed to be A LOT of confusion. Not sure if everyone there is new?? The exam went fine, the doctor was great, but when it came down to finalize eveyrthing and make my copayment, i was charged different from what they...

I have been a customer for Optical illusions for number of years, i love the service and opticians Koni, Tiffany are very professional and detailed. more to it i love the collection of glasses, it is really unique as some other optical shops which offer low quality glasses from China....
