I called to set up an appointment I asked if there was a trip charge & I was told there would not be one. When they arrived, they charged over $50 for "fuel and taxes." When I questioned this, he said it isn't a trip charge, it's a charge to run the van while cleaning the carpets. I had a coupon for 8 areas at $145. They quoted me over $650 dollars total to clean my 8 areas, plus 11 extra...

These guys are my favorite cleaners, clay is vary reasonabile and professional when it comes to cleaning always fair priced and honest. I would recommend to anybody that's wants a fair honest job.
