Great Staff extremely friendly Comfortable Rooms

The staff met us as the door, greeted us and from that moment on if they saw us in the hallway or in the lounge they would call us by name and took time to communicate with us. The rooms were fantastic, very comfortable and extremely clean.

Needs to be run better

With a number of items wrong, including a horrible elevator, key cards not working, towels being old and stained, floor tiles being loose and wall paper coming off the walls, this hotel needs a remodel and possibly new management to improve the guest experience.

Will never recommend

There is lack of customer service and regency in this location. And the staff doesn’t know how to deal with basic issues

I stayed here strictly on feedback left and ratings. I assumed it was going to be a great hotel. I will say this place was average and is in need of some TLC!!! It was clean, which is the most important in my mind.
Staff - VERY friendly. Everyone here was super nice and a pleasure to work with.
