The size of the rooms and the amenities.\n\nThe Heating Unit was making a racquet the second night and woke me up several times during the night. The breakfast area was cramped and seating was hard to find.\n\nThe hotel overall was very nice and the staff was pleasant to deal with. No real surprises however a bit of a stretch claiming the 3 star rating.
Great rooms & amenities. The day staff, specifically the day front desk clerk & head of housekeeping, were so friendly & helpful. This was the best hotel stay in a long time.\n\nI would stay here again for the price we paid. Love, love, love this place.
