I cannot say enough about State Farm. For me it was a ""no brainer."" I had Farmers prior to switching over. My experience was far from good but at the time it served my needs and I never thought about switching. I never saw or heard from my agent at Farmers. I even had my agent switched and was never notified that I had a new agent. My last agent never returned phone calls and I never heard from him unless he was trying to sell me something. I had a claim with Farmers and attempted to call my agent numerous times without any calls back. I ended up basically doing his job.

I recently switched my home and auto insurance to State Farm through Andrew Edwards, besides saving me money; his office provides great service and a friendly staff. They always make you feel like family when you visit. I highly recommend Andrew for any insurance needs.
