Customer service is ok here. I guess you can afford to pay people to be nice when you charge twice as much for home owner's insurance. I switched to another company and saved 1,400 on my house insurance. When I called this guy their call taker acted like it was not unusual for people to be paying twice as much for insurance they could find elsewhere.One more thing...how much is this agency... more

This is the agent that I use for my car insurance. Their customer service is outstanding and their prices are much lower than other companies. Whenever I have a question, the agent goes out of their way to make sure I have all the information I need. If I ever need special accomodations because I am having money problems, the agent is very helpful and excuses my payment so I can pay a few... more

The prices at Stastny Insurance seem to be about average for the region, but the customer service is really unique. Their representatives take a personal interest in each customer and follow up on all requests. They are quick to return calls and emails, and they research questions thoroughly. It's nice to have local representation.
