I love this hotel, this was me and boyfriend first time in Miami and the experience was great. I recommend everyone to give this hotel a try. A little pricy with food and parking, but the room was always clean,and we were always treated like queen and king.Therr was nothing that they couldnt help us with and i give the staff a A+. The pool and beach was lovely, quite and peacefull not noisy...
My fiance took me to Sheraton Bal Harbor for my 30th birthday. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. If you want to be pampered this is the place to be.. It is worth the extra money.
the room was bad. hadn't been cleared. there was stuff out on the balcony and dirty old glasses. the breakfest was cold. loose tiles were loose in the bathroom. i wouldn't stay here again.
the beach and pool area are just lovely.
the location could not be better and the staff just wants you to be happy. a great vacation!!!!
