Interesting with previous review about the sound.
I thought it was just me with the lower volume, or that I was used to the extra loud volumes at AMC and Regal Cinemas that frequently go to. Wanted to try out the Starlight with first-movies for only $6 for matinees. A real bargain these days. Not first rate, but just okay for the price. Snack bar prices are much less than AMC and Regal, so if money is the issue, it is worth the savings, especially for families. The whole shopping center was deserted except for the Brewing Co and one other shop.

I went view Megamind 3-D with my 2 children on Veterans day. I was so looking forward to seeing this movie. would have been good if I could have heard it. I'm really into the effects of the 3-D experience. I asked the employee working the door if the volume could be turned up, he said he would inform his manager. I went back to the movie, and waited for the volume to be turned up for about 20 minutes, nothing happened. I went back to the same employee, he directed me to the movie managers office.
