I love this Starbucks! It's inside of a bookstore - do you know what a bookstore is??? They are disappearing so fast....It used to be on my way to work and I went religiously everyday for years....

Service was fast but a large number of homeless had decided to put down roots and use the restroom as their personal washroom which made it in need of cleaning. My drink was done to perfection....

I love me a pumpkin spice latte... But how about you fill my cup to the top!! I order a venti and often get a grande. Even when I say no foam they just leave an inch of cup empty! Really?!! Are you not a billion dollar corporation?!! You can't tell your employees to fill the cup to the top!!!
