Rude slow service in drive through. Waited 20 min (no I am not exaggerating, I timed it from a text I got when I entered) for a grande pumpkin spice latte....

All summer long you can't sit outside and enjoy a coffee without being bothered by aggressive wasps. Nobody seems to care. There are at least 5 or 6 of them flying around at any given time. You wonder how many times customers ran away from their tables or somebody have been stung by one of these wasps.

Slow drive thru, and often times very messy cups where syrups have spilled over the side. Staff is very polite and, in the area, this is one of the larger Starbucks you'll find.
