Rude and slow. I'm writing this review while waiting for my drink. They said I didn't pay for my drink but my receipt shows I did. Probably the worst starbucks ever.

Friendly but slow, took about 6 mins to get my drink. I wasn't greeted when I walked up to the counter, and had to wait a few mins to place my order. The table legs and floors are dirty

Frequently out of stock on food and running out of the brewed coffee they advertise. Then they try to give you a different brew thinking you aren't paying attention and won't notice!

Always friendly, smiling faces! My mocha frappe today was awesome. Any drink I have ever purchased here has always been spot on.

new policy is crazy, I will not go there anymore. It is looking to be held up now. Coffee is Coffee and Starbucks is high dollar coffee.
