The line was long, and the new Barista and had trouble understanding how to enter my drink. The place seemed on the dirty side and the employees looked over worked.

We ordered a venti vanilla macchiato, skinny vanilla latte no foam with whipped cream and a grill cheese sandwich. We got the grilled cheese first, a few minutes later we received the macchiato then proceeded to wait for the skinny vanilla latte. Starbucks has a great product but service is too slow. Not ALWAYS due to staff - sometimes customers act like they have never ordered a coffee before
