I go to take my first sip of my grande Pumpkin Spice Latte after it having sat for 30 minutes in my car at 9pm and I feel it's very light. I look inside the cup and it's just a bit over a half full!!! No one had been in my car! I'm super pissed! I asked for a grande and got a tall!!! It's my first PSL of the year and Starbucks, Signal Hill managed to ruin the moment!

I enjoy starbucks drinks, but this particular store they are very slow always and the drive is the worst..It's the closest one where I live..Hopefully they can work on being a little faster...The customer service is okay
