20 degrees outside and looking forward to hot coffee for long car trip. I ordered a brewed Pikes Place coffee that was lukewarm. Server offered to make fresh batch, but did not have time to wait.

This is our usual "go to" Starbucks site. Over the years we have become regulars to the staff, they are efficient, hard working, and always pleasant. Never a problem.
