Fabulous ride and views. We left early morning and enjoyed a great Bloody Mary. Very relaxing. The captain provided plenty of history as we "paddled" alohng.

We were told we shouldn't miss a trip on the Star of Saugatuck, and we'll tell people the same in the future. Our captain was Kathy, and she was full of interesting history and information about the area. It was windy, so we couldn't go into Lake Michigan, but we thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

This certified authentic sternwheel paddleboat seats 150 passengers and tours along the Kalamazoo River and enters Lake Michigan. The boat provides restrooms, a snack shack, many photographic opportunities, as well as providing the passengers with an in depth history of the area. The tour averages on an hour and a half depending on the weather conditions.
