Robert is wonderful. Showed up on time was very professional and cordial. He put up with my insane fear of gas leaks like a pro and had my new oven hooked up in half an hour. He also checked to make sure all the new connections were safe and sound. TWICE. I would recommend Star Cities without hesitation.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with any kind of contractor, anywhere, and I've used lots of them over the years. The service and professionalism and communication and attention they provide are the kind you'd expect from the guy you know in a small town; I was so pleasantly surprised (shocked, actually) to find someone like this in Manhattan....

it was easy to schedule, i received an e-mail confirmation and there was no charge for them to come and check the problem!
the price they gave me was reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally.
