I spent about an hour looking at furniture and supplies, ready to spend several thousand dollars to outfit a new office nearby. Not once did an employee ask if I needed help, or even acknowledge my existence. I've been a loyal customer to Office Depot, but this happened to be closer and much more convenient. However, I'll gladly pay the extra to have Office Depot take care of my furniture needs...
