I had some color copies that I needed assistance with. I was pleased with the eagerness to serve me, but the copies came out poorly and the cost was higher than I was quoted.

Hope you don't really care what the price of your printing items will be, because the staff will not know or dont' seem to care to find out, either.

I went in with some print jobs and left without anything.

The staff was unable to quote me a price on the jobs, and they lacked the drive to go find out for me.

They didn't seem to upset that I was leaving without having them complete the print... more

We started shopping at this location when it first opened. They had a variety of supplies, would offer to help and even sponser a business fair in the spring. The location was great for our business.
