Service at this store has been going steadily downhill for awhile. But it culminated yesterday when i stood in line and wasn't even acknowledge by the checker because she was texting! When she did finally look up (with her big gauged ears and very unprofessional appearance) she rang us up incorrectly and then when we asked to fix it through a little attitude about it!
