I don't understand why there's a limit on buying school supplies when I'm a teacher buying it for my classroom. Who cares where you get the money? Your store used to be understanding. I asked how many times I could go back in? I'm a high school English teacher in a poor community in Sacramento. I was told I could only do one more trip. 60 notebooks and folders total. What started out as a very bad experience turned into a great experience. Thanks to the assistant manager who helped me get a return on a $15.00 calculator (still in the original package) that I was told was not returnable due to the 14 day electronic merchandise return policy, which no one told me abut when bought it. Thank you so much! I'll continue to shop at Staples. :-)

Great service today! Young man made eye contact with me strolled up and asked "is there anything I can help you find?" He walked me straight to the isle and helped me find exactly what I was looking for- in and out in 2 minutes! Great store!

What a crappy store! I have been to many Staples stores throughout the US and for whatever reason, CA has to be the worst. They never have what I am looking for. The employee's are rude and don't know anything and their constant response is, look online. If everything is to be done online for Staples, then …
