We come here because this is the Staples closest to our home; today we were went for their UPS drop-off service (which had a backlog of packages to be picked up, but that's about UPS). They really need to do better with their in-store pick up service. Maybe they all do, but the product is almost never ready within an hour and i have yet to go to any Staples where the item was ready and waiting for me when i got there. I'm in a rush today. This is a drag. I don't understand why this package isn't up front at the cashier waiting for pick-up, or some other specially designated...

Awful service and super expensive! I came in to send a fax and the prices weren't posted. They charged me $2.19 PER PAGE!!! I could have bought a fax machine for less! The guy "helping" me didn't really care. He was multitasking and hit really giving anyone the attention they needed. Ugh.
