Horrible customer service. Employees and managers don't care and seem to purposefully move at a snails pace. Save yourself time and aggravation and go anywhere else.

I was on hold for 20 minutes trying to ask a simple question. I was on hold long enough that I was able to do a search, find another store, call that store, and get an answer all before this store answered the phone. That is ridiculous.

I guess I'm just old fashioned, but when I go into a store and see items marked clearance and demonstration and the item is in front of me, I don't expect to be told that the item is out of stock...
