Absolutely the worst rug cleaner - had to have the carpet cleaned again 4 weeks later. Their 'protection' was a joke!! All dirt clung to the carpet - worse than before they cleaned! Never...

I love these guys. I have a longhaired cat who expels hairballs via projectile vomiting onto my pale gray carpet. Need I say more? They always laugh at my halfhearted apology for the vomit marks...
