Help us make it rightVery unprofessional we just had an appraisal 6 months previous to his that appraised for $145,000 and hes trying to say its only worth $119,000 less then what we bought it for two years ago. A brick house on 15 acreas with a barn get real. Takes two weeks to get the appraisal to the bank so that he can cash the check before he gives them the fake appraisal.
