I have rented from the owners of Stadium view since Dec. 1998. Lived in the apt complex they have (stadium view) and have even rented a house they own right by it. They are always helpful...friendly and keep the maintenance up in an orderly manner. The property is always in great condition and the manager they have is also Great!!!! Love them and my apt!!!

We actually signed a lease with Stadium View, after addressing some of the reviews on this website (which they were very open and willing to address). Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel the lease within the allowed 72 hour period. They were very easy to work with, and even waived the requirement for us to come in person to cancel. Alot of ice and snow yesterday, thursday 11/30/06. As of today 12/1/06 lot is clear and walksand steps are clean and no problem.nice place to live.

I actually spoke to the owners of this complex the other day and they seem to very nice and understanding as far as my credit goes, this complex is privately owned and seems to be well maintained. No speacial features or anything like that; but if you are looking for a nice simple setting then go for it!

The management staff is very crazy. I never lived here but I did visit the apartments while not on a guided tour.
