Had my baby there and they missed up his name on the birth certificate. They refused to correct their mistake. In fact the person who screwed up is no longer with the company. Worst customer service, they will try to make it look like its your fault.

I have severe probs w/ my back due to a couple of fx & nerve damage. I fell down a flight of stairs last week & the pain was intense. My Dr. appt. was not for another 5 days or so; hence, it is standard procedure to go to ER for extreme pain.
