I stayed at the hotel on a business trip and I will never stay there again. You see the name St. Regis so you expect a high level of service. The in-hotel restaurant service was slow and room service was non-existent - it never showed up despite several calls to the front desk and room service line. I needed to write a review here because the one from July 6, 2007, is obviously a phoney and needed to be corrected. There is no way in heck that anyone stayed in this hotel over the last months because it's been under complete renovation and isn't even opened.
