rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, terrible customer service!

i will never go back to them after how i was treated today. i've been going to this vet for almost 20 years. through 3 deceased dogs and several other beloved pets...

the woman at the desk was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. she was shockingly uncompromising in her inability to listen and i am appalled at the sub par customer service i received today.

i urge anyone reading this to find care for their animals anywhere else but here. there are so many kind, caring, and wonderful vets in the area that the small difference in price is worth it!

after all... you pay for what you get and it is painfully evident when going to st. paul.

i am very sad that i was treated the way i was treated today and i will never trust my animals to them again.

I have been going to St Paul for years and never had an issue. UNTIL my dog became extremely ill and they kept saying he was fine. I’ve been going to St. Paul's Veterinary Clinic for approximately 20 years. I have not, over the years, had many issues with them and have always liked that they are open late and that they are the least expensive veterinarian's in town for shots.

I started going to St Paul's 16 or 17 yrs ago when they were still located in that tiny building that flooded on St Paul Ave.I went there because friends had told me how reasonable they were with fees.
