I am really disappointing at the police and this impound lot. My car was stolen and I've report to the police. I gave them my cell phone number and told them to call me when they found my car. After 3 weeks later, I have never gotten any call from the police. I decided to give the impound lot a call to see if my car was in there. Ya know you can not say any thing nice about a place that holds you car/truck/van for what we think is no reason,but lets face it they have a reson .Its ther job ,But look at the bright side its safe and secure.They are nice about taking $185 the first day (before midnite) and $15 aday there after and if you need ajump or help to get your car around they will help ya with that also . That my friends at least is free

Our van was stolen downtown St Paul. I have called daily since it happened, hoping it was towed in. So far no luck, but someone always answers the phone in a timely manner and is very nice
