It is a brand new facility and so beautifully set up. I walked upstairs into the gym area for the first time and it instantly reminded me of the cruise ship gym I was in on my trip. The walls are windows and look out onto the grass and trees. They have two squat racks and plenty of space for deadlifts and bumper plates. These are things my local Y does not have. A lot of room at this gym. It is usually busy but is big enough that I don't have to interact if I don't want too. There is a wonderful mix of people that come to this YMCA. I love to people watch while walking around the walking track. Usually can find a few attractive guys that I would like to ask for there numbers. I would definitely recommend this gym.

LA Fitness had some good stuff, but overall, it was clear that the people running it are mostly there for …
