Unlike the larger, glossier Manhattan stores, St. Mark's Comics is the kind of comic book store you went to growing up, with back issues to ogle, collectible vintage action figures, and everything else the usually imaginative comic book fan could imagine.

A great spot for late night enthusiasts

being from queens, you don't really get to see a lot of comic book stores open past 7pm. i was out on a date last week and while waiting for my date, i passed by st. marks. i had heard about it but never got to frequent it before. i was surprised that there was such variety and selection for a place so small. the staff was extremely helpful. they should really advertise more or something that way people will get to know that they're open till
