Smart workers!

These were some pretty smart towing workers. They knew just how to replace the front windshield on my Ford Mustang after the whole glass was smashed by a falling tree branch. They weren`t pushy or anything, just real calm and kind folks. That`s the kind of professional service I wanted in mind when I hire a towing service. And the bill they gave me wasn`t too heavy either.

pay for parking and they still tow your car

I have parked here everyday for almost a year, and today I paid for my parking as I normally do and they towed my car. When I called to ask why they were so lazy and apathetic on the phone. I very calmly told him I would have appreciated a warning or reason before you towed my car and that I was never going to use their service again and he replied "that's your choice". Based on the Post Dispatch article dated 7/21/08. This company should be shut down. It is obvious it is operating illegally. They are an unscrupulous business operating with the protection of the St. Louis Police force. Better watch yourselves with this one. The company has obviously received special status from the St. Louis Police chief's office. Don't get caught up with these crooks - avoid at all cost. Why else would it be providing free/discounted cars to the Police Chief' Mokwa's daughter. The company is overcharging for it's services and there is no protection orrecourse...
