TO ANYONE INTERESTED TO MOVING IN. Although St Joe has great staff, and friendly college students, I am relocating this upcoming June to another location. I have a remaining lease available for August 2016, through July 2017. The $200 transfer fee will be paid for, it is $467 a month for a 1 bed 1 bath, located in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, not including electric. Fully furnished, with all...
